Jack In the Box

I’m giving this place 5 stars as far as a fast food restaurant is concerned. The food was good, the service was fast, the people were friendly, and the place was clean. And the dining room is open 24 hours. It was better than we expected.

First off, the employees were polite and speedy. That being said they lost my buisness. I ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals coming to a total of $ 18.09 if I wanted to pay 20 $ for dinner I would have gone somewhere, not fast foody and sat down for the same price. This was not worth $ 18, it was bland, not spicy, had more lettuce than chicken, they changed the Bun on the spicy chicken sandwich and made the chicken smaller. It honestly looked like it was cafeteria chicken, my French fry was thicker. I haven’t eaten fast food for a while and now I have even more reason not to. Over priced and way below expectations. I fed it to my dogs, time to make vermicelli instead.

I never leave bad reviews anywhere and I’m really hoping it’s an isolated incident and only happens to us, but my 7 year old daughter and I Got food to go here tonight and have been puking NON STOP since about 2 hrs after eating it. Hoping my two year old isn’t next. Stomach cramps and all, pretty sure it’s good ol food poisoning. This is horrible. **update. Still very sick 15 hours later. My daughter and her friend are too. Will be reporting and calling headquarters.
Also forgot to add that we were sick enough that we called corporate and they couldn’t seriously care less. They asked if we went to the hospital (we didn’t) and that was literally it. No offer of compensation… like literally nothing. Very disappointing. Here we are almost a year later and I have never visited another jack in the box again. Total bummer.

So gross watching them sweep all the floors including the bathrooms then come out to the dinning area while we’re eating and to watch them sweep the chairs off with that same broom !! Nasty

All stars given for the wonderful woman who collected my money, and the speed. I ordered a Chicken Bowl combo with a coke, and no big complaints except that the curly fries were a bit old and they skimped on the sauce in my bowl. My real disappointment came when I realized there’d been no sauce put in the bag after I asked for it! I can’t use ranch from my home, and I have no teriyaki sauce, so it was just a bummer

Absolutely the worst service! Went in late in the afternoon, no one in line, manager at counter just looked at me, and said nothing and walked away. A cashier walked up, didn’t say anything, didn’t greet me, nothing. Just looked at her screen. After standing there for over 5 mins, she told me «someone will be with you soon.» Then she walked into manager’s office to chat, or flirt… After standing there for more than 10 mins, no one coming to take our order, or apologize for the wait, nothing… we just simply walked out! I WOULD NOT GO HERE! If you want to be treated badly, or wait forever for your food, then go here… Jack in the Horrible BOX.

Long day a work! Overtime, tired and hungry! Went by Jack N The Box, ordered a chicken rice bowl! Sorry we are out of rice! At what do you realize you are low on rice! Seems like let’s order or pick up more!!! LOL! Even though it’s fast food, it’s stills is a business! Customer service come first!

Always flipping the coin when coming here. Sometimes the food is good other times it could make you sick!

24 hour dining room .good for 18 wheelers. Late night food fresh and hot no waiting. Bathroom beat up and need new dining room chairs. WAll paper peeling. But good service and food.

I was having a fast-​food moment after having a couple of glasses of wine. Turns out to be a big mistake, my body rejected the fast food (don’t normally eat it) and the food didn’t look so great, especially my husband’s box. But oh well, at least we gave it a try.

Food was gross and I feel soooo sick. I rarely eat fast food… Ugh. Never again here! The service was nice tho.

I live in the area and there is no Jack in the box at that address. There is one at the corner of Newport and Murrieta Rd.

Very close to our house… love it being open 24 hours too! It is always clean inside and they are more consistent than most other Jack-​in-​the-​box restaurants with cooking good food. They also haven’t raised their prices like some others have out by where I work in Ontario.

Jack’s food is great, inexpensive and always fresh. But who waits in the drive thru line for 20 minutes for their food? Looks like I do. Giggle!
Maybe it was cuz it was that after-​work rush.
And just maybe if I get stuck in the drive-​thru next time, I won’t get the stinkeye as though I’m the one taking a long time. With their yummy, inexpensive fresh grub, I guess it’s worth a shot. :)

I remember when «Jack» was just a head with a speaker on top of the drive thru menu. Nowadays he’s an actual mascot making funny ass commercials. I just have to commend JITB on their marketing strategy. Was a brilliant move.
This is one of the only places in the area that’s 24 hours. Perfect to cure that late night hunger pain. Cheap, good tastin food and breakfast is served all day!
Service is quick and easy, especially in the drive thru. Never had a problem over the 3 years I’ve patronized this joint.
For a quick fix and easy on the wallet, pick up a Jumbo Jack and 2 tacos. Will only set you back a couple bucks and fill you up real good.
Man, that sounds good right about now.
