Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I switched to this office because it was closer to my home, oh boy was that a mistake. He was in the room all of about 5 minutes and he didn’t want to answer questions and left the room, I waited almost 2.5 weeks to get an appointment. I ordered my medical records after 3 attempts they still have not gotten them. Such a frustrating experience after I had taken the time off work to go to an appointment where I had not gotten my medical concerns or questions addressed. What a complete waste of time.

Oh my don’t bother. Same dumb, incompetent staff as when they where Crown.
I Booked my appointment weeks ago, transfered from another ob, informed the office and they did nothing. They waited till I was in the office to then attempt to get my records.
After an hour and a half of airing all my personal results to the entire waiting room and staff I finally informed the nurse I’d be going elsewhere and she tried to tell me it was my fault…
Think again before making an appointment here.

Absolutely love coming here, always feel welcome and encouraged! Dr. Neal delivered my second daughter and now he is seeing me and will deliver my third! The office is always so neat and the staff is so nice and friendly! I always look forward to my appts with them!

I just want to thank everyone in this office from front to back. Cindy, Brenda, and the receptionist were so friendly, caring and quick. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. A+ service!!!

I don’t recommend this office at all. I feel the staff are rude and the midwife, Brenda, is of the mind that birth control is not a good option — it seems that she prefers that all women have children IMO.
First of all, I was late to the appointment by a minute but because I was a new patient I needed to fill out my forms early. I asked if I could fill it out after and was told no.
It turned out that NO OTHER PATIENT SHOWED UP THAT ENTIRE DAY. Woah. That should have been the red flag!
Never before have I had a painful experience where I cried out. Brenda is not gentle.
Brenda told me an hour after my appointment that she refused to write a script because I take thyroid medication. In my opinion I feel it’s because she prefers women to have babies. So if you want birth control pills don’t mention your thyroid meds I guess… It’s never made a difference for me before so why would it now?
She also didn’t believe my experiences with my symptoms regarding my cycles. Red Flag!
Then they billed me for four tests at $ 85 each!!! They use Pathology Inc and the people at Pathology Inc yelled at my insurance company when my insurance company called about the bill. Wow.
Can’t say that I recommend these people whatsoever. I talked with Cindy who didn’t listen to me whatsoever and kept asking me questions about what I just said. How about you listen, Cindy? How about you not be so rude.
Terribly dissatisfied.
