We recently bought a home with Omar Kinaan and we have the highest regard for him. He worked with us patiently for over two years as we went through this search process and he even has helped us through the rental process as we put the property on the rental market and rented it. He helped us formulate an excellent strategy in a very competitive market. His follow through and attention to detail were excellent.
He found properties for us as our priorities changed over time and he never forced us into something to close a sale. When we made the offer on the home that we bought, we were not the highest offer and we were not an all cash offer, yet Omar found a way to build trust with the listing agent and get our offer accepted. He was able to find out what the seller was looking for in a buyer and worked to close the sale. Penelope and team provided fantastic service and guided us through all aspects of the sale of our town home in San Carlos to the purchase or our new home in Redwood City. The team have great knowledge on the local environment to be able to advise on what makes a good offer and know exactly how to pitch it with the selling agents.
Over an above the actual buying and selling process the team provided great additional services like arranging painters and flooring contractors and managing the process of access to the property.
