Fitworks Mentor

I recently joined the fitness club to appease my fiancé, and give her a work out buddy. The deal that we got was amazing! I can work out at my work place for free so I wasn’t too hip to paying to go somewhere. Since joining, the staff is great to work with and someone is always available to assist or answer any questions. The facility is really clean. The equipment is top notch and if it is out of order, it gets fixed promptly! They even have a cardio cinema where you can watch a daily movie while you exercise! I actually forget that I am exercising when I am in there! They offer the TRX training, which I am getting ready to do. They have plenty of machines of every kind, and I have never had to wait for any cardio device, but only a minute or two if doing circuit training! If you are looking to join a club, please consider Fitworks. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it is not open 24 hours. We both work shift work so at times, I am sure it could be useful, but have not run across that situation yet. They have very convenient hours during the week, but they do close early on Sat. and Sun. Hopefully in the future they can adjust that! They do have a daycare room for those with kids, I am not sure what the costs are though.
