Hands On Physical Therapy Mentor LLC

I never thought that I would admit that I was unable to give myself physical therapy after my surgery for my ankle. However 20 months after a pretty bad motorcycle accident I’ve given up and was referred here bye a former employee of hands on physical therapy. I originally had physical therapy on the same level as voodoo and chiropractors. However today was my third appointment and I’m a changed man because of the caring and professionalism exhibited by the employees at hands on physical therapy. I have seem to therapist so far, Emily and mandi. For the past year and a half I’ve done nothing but walk with pain and walk with a limp. So far after three visits I would consider myself walking without any sort of gait and feel that I am well on my way to a full recovery.
My recovery is progressing so fast that I’m almost bummed out I won’t be able to come here anymore! A lot of the therapy is hands on, not just an ironic play on words, but it’s actually what they do. Its a lot of passive modality which is to say a lot of stretching, massage, and breaking up of the scar tissue. Now I don’t know much about physical therapy, but I did several months ago go to another physical therapy business where they had me ride stationary bicycles hence my opinion of voodoo and shenanigans. However I hope I never ever get injured this badly ever again, but if I do I know exactly where I’m going to make myself get back to 100%.
I will update my review when my physical therapy is complete and let you know my final results of my therapy.
