If there was another option to meet my needs(Michael’s does not do it), I would be there. This store is SEVERELY understaffed — I’ve had to wait in line for 45 minutes to have fabric cut, not to mention the line to check out. I find many of the employees to be quite rude if you can even find an employee to help. As for their coupons, they are no longer 40% off, but 30% off. If you get a 50% off in the maile, be prepared — everything will be on sale for about 20−30% off so you can’t use it. In short, this place is understaffed and overpriced.

It’s unfair when I have a 40% off regular priced item but the item is on sale for 20% off. So their crappy sale is screwing me out of my coupon. They should have charged me full price then accept my coupon or adjust for the difference like stores with better customer service do. In addition, the sale sign said the 20% sale expired but it still rang up in the computer. Not my problem!!!

It’s too bad that this store is the only one of its kind in Lake County or I would go elsewhere. Today was the second bad experience I’ve had this month. The first was when I ordered an upholstery fabric and really only needed 2−½ yds. but was forced to order 3 yds. because of some lame corporate policy. Today I waited in line for 20 minutes to buy 4 yds. of decorative trim. When I finally got to the cutting table, I told the associate I needed 4 yds. and stated it was 40% off. She said it was NOT40% off because it was by Christopher Lloyd and only the Waverly brand was on sale. What??? I told her the sign said 40% off and she proceeded to reiterate about the brand. AGAIN this store has managed to tick me off. I walked out. They have very little help and they have removed some cutting tables. The line at the register is obnoxious. It is NOT a pleasure to shop here.
