BAD experience with corporate management at TNT Tanning I have been going to TNT for several years up until now and after my credit card on file for the VIP membership had expired. I provided the new credit card information on my next visit after receiving my card and on time however TNT did not process the information given on time on their side. So what happened next was TNT ran the auto pay on my old expired credit card and it was declined as expected so then TNT proceeded to charge me a non-sufficient fee, so with that I stopped tanning after my second time in the billing month this problem occurred and within the fist few day of the month. I was informed about this non-sufficient fee after my second visit that month while leaving after tanning. TNT then took to the end of the month to decide that they did made the error and let me know that they would remove the non-sufficient fee but that I still owned them for the two tanning sessions. I agreed that I did tan twice and owe them. When I was told I owned TNT more for the two tanning sessions than the month I questioned it and wanted to resolve this and move on. Keep in mind TNT let me know they made the error, removed the non-sufficient fee but insisted I pay them for two tanning sessions with no resolve or discount offered. Now I find out they have a nasty note on my account and to not allow me to tan unless I pay up! The good thing is this forced me to look else where. I found Planet Fitness, better tanning beds, plus massage chairs, plus massage beds, plus gym equipment, plus lockers and showers and open 24×7 minus a few holidays and all for much less money. Join Planet Fitness, I am sure you will be much happier with more cash in your pocket. Check them out,
