T-N-T Tanning Salon

I have heard this same feedback for nearly all locations of TNT Tanning salons, but I just recently started going to the Chardon location, and these girls that work there are great! They are polite, helpful and very warm. I live closer to the Madison branch, but I will not go there simply based on the horrible reviews. If you are having the same issues, and it is not completely out of your way, i would suggest using the Chardon location, on Rt 44, south of Chardon square.

I have been tanning at TNT for many years. The reason I go there is because I love all the services, and the tanning beds are excellent. I am shocked though at the bad attitudes that the young girls have that work there. If it were my business I would put a mature person in charge, because the younger employees are not capable of running a business. I noticed that Tyler Rd. Mentor location has the rudest employees. I also go to the Mentor Ave. location and the location in Painesville. I don’t recall any real bad experiences in Painesville, but the Mentor Ave. location is not much better. I am totally SHOCKED that TNT would run their businesses without any customer service. I also wonder does TNT treat their employees poorly, and is that why they look/​act so miserable to be there???
