Let me tell you how Spectacular the staff at the G St UPS Store is!
I went in, 20 minutes before closing. I had a FAX to send.
I thought we’d have lots of time.
But on this day, the FAX was slow. Well, closing time came and went, but
Christina stayed for me. We were there at least 25 minutes after closing.
She was sweet, patient, helpful and gracious. Never a complaint!
Now THAT’s service! Thanks to Christina, the paperwork for my just-​sold house
could reach the realtors’ office. Such a big help! Thank you! I’ll be back!

I am a business owner and use Merced UPS store all the time for copies and retrieving documents from Zip. The whole staff has always kindly greeted me when I walk in and service is usually prompt, except on occasion when they are extremely busy, which is fine with me, (glad to see small business surviving in this economy) I’ll always return for services, I’m too busy to run around hunting for the best deal, I don’t mind paying a small amount more for convenience and good service.

Watch what they charge. They charge $ 57 for a $ 49 roll of stamps. I noticed after I left the store but I’ll never come back. Makes you wounder what else they’re gouging on. Go to USPS in Rally“s.

Poor customer service. If being ignored and or given the «I don’t care if you are giving us business or not» attitude this may be the store for you… as for me, I will not be using any of their services in the future.

They deserve 0 stars for the crummy customer service they provide.
UPS should be ashamed for letting the franchisee use their name.
I only ship things here out of necessity, but will consider Fedex and other Postal Stores given how lame this place is.

I returned my textbooks a few days before my due date through UPS. I got a receipt, but a few weeks later, the textbook company sends me an email saying I never returned my books and charged me a late fee. Apparently the books were never shipped. Long story short, I will never be sending anything through this UPS again.

I will never send anything UPS to or from the town of Merced. Since moving here last year I have had nothing but trouble with these oafs. Several packages have allegedly been delivered, which has resulted in filing claims, trying to contact customer service of all companies involved and in general a massive headache. Other packages have never been delivered but instead been returned to sender. In a word this company is unreliable, and if your company utilizes their services I would reconsider. I’m starting to think this place is run by a group of thieves.
