I would give them zero stars if I could. I simply needed six regular balloons for my baby’s first birthday party today. When I was checking out with the balloons the lady at the cash register said that I would have to wait several hours because they could not inflate them right away. they are unorganized and had very poor service. I only went because they are closer but instead I had to waste my time and I’ll drive to party city instead.

Everything you read in the previous reviews are 100% true. It all starts with the manager. Her bad attitude trickles down to her staff. She is rude, nasty and so so unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased things for a bachelorette party at this establishment. Didn’t use some of the items, including some that were opened when I purchased and was advised I could return the items if I did not use them. I attempted to return these items as we did not use them, the women there proceeded to advise me that they were chewed up (they were not) and that I was lying about what I had been told. This was absolutely the worst customer service and I was simply trying to return items for store credit since it was over the 30 days and I advised I was over the thirty days. I will NEVER shop here again and warn against anyone else. Go elsewhere!
