I’ve never had a bad experience. Both the buttermilk chicken and shepherds pie are delicious! My boyfriend has gotten the steak and the ribs and those were both delicious as well!

We went to camp for the first time tonight. We’re visiting and staying at Church Landing for Mother’s Day /anniversary. Couldn’t be happier with dinner selection, service, atmosphere, and our meals. Would recommend anyone to give it a try while in the lakes region. Great home style food and rustic atmosphere. A+

What really drew me in to this restaurant was it’s familiar looking, home-cooked-meal dishes. The menu is full of comfort food, homestyle meals but with unique additions that make an already great home cooked meal even better. The camp décor added a great feel to the meal; it reminded me of my days at summer camp as a kid. Both the meatloaf and buttermilk chicken entrees were delish. The side of sauteed vegetables were impresssive. Usually places focus more on the main dish and give you some thawed out frozen veggies with a little salt to look like they tried a little bit. But these veggies were seasoned and prepared wonderfully. The brownie sundae was ENORMOUS. It could have literally fed a small country. But tonight, I was that small country. We will certainly be returning to this restaurant if we are ever in the area!

The staff is awesome and so nice. The biscuits were amazing as well as the burgers. So cozy inside the restaurant. I noticed that the restaurants around the Mills Falls area are the best in town. 8⁄10 would eat here again.

Camp is great! I throughly enjoyed my dinner here. Everything was five star. Our server was great and told us all about the menu. They start each meal with cheese, crackers and a biscuit served with a flavored butter, tonight was white chocolate. That’s right, white chocolate butter for the biscuit. It was absolutely delicious. Our table also ordered the camp crackers which was pita bread with a warm Gorgonzola spread. I ordered the buttermilk fried chicken which was very good. I was between that and the meatloaf, but when I asked the server she recommended the chicken. I was only able to finish half of my meal since the portions are very large. The other guests in my party ordered the lobster roll and the steak bomb(steak panini). Since dessert is the whole point of the meal, we tried the Nutella crème brûlée, the smores and the snowballs. Each were out of this world. I recommend this cozy, cute, themed«camp» restaurant to anyone looking for a great night out.

Camp is my favorite common man restaurant. Love the camp cracker and the s’mores dresser was fabulous. We had great cocktails too. The only weird thing was that it was nearing closing time and the waitress and manager were checking on us in 5 minute intervals, possibly to hurry us along. There was another couple who sat down after we did and they were getting this too. It seemed almost comical how often they were coming over. Look I know you close at a certain time but don’t rush people through thier meal so you can go home on time.

Such a disappointment. I had the buttermilk chicken. My wife had burger. She does not eat wheat, not a gluten thing, it was supposed to have shallots and pickles. It comes with a cheese sauce, she asked for cheddar. It was the most boring burger. It only came with cheese and it was way over cooked. Unfortunately our waiter was more concerned with cleaning the bar. By the trine we could grab our waiter the burger was cold and dead. When I asked about the shallots and pickles I was told«oh I think those come in the cheese sauce.» Sorry but no your waiter was wrong and my wife had a terrible meal. We will not be coming back. I frequent several of the common man restaurants but sadly this certainly not what you expect when you done at one of your great restaurants. Sad

I am really surprised by some of the bad reviews that Camp has received. We had my sisters birthday dinner there and absolutely loved it. The food was so good, the service was great, the prices weren’t bad, the atmosphere is awesome, and they give you free cheese and crackers while you wait for your table, what more could you ask for?! The theme is adorable, and it just feels really cozy inside. The Camp Crackers were our favorite item, I also loved the vegetarian chili, we all really loved our meals. The desserts were also amazing. If you are in the area, check this place out!

Our party of 5 was seated quickly at the high top in the corner. The camp crackers are a must. My wife said her s’mores martini was ok. The giant onion rings were good but greasy. My burger was good. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant was mixed in with real potatoes. My bride had delicious salmon over a spinach salad. The ribs & the fried chicken were a hit with my sons. My youngest enjoyed her lobster mac n’ cheese. The biscuits were good but the strawberry butter was strange. The waitress did a good job.

We love coming here! Really cool camp/lodge type feeling. They have a number of good choices on the menu. They also have unique type drink offerings that have never let us down. Common man restaurants really do it right!

TERRIBLE. MADEMEFEELNASTY. I will never go back EVERRRR! The wait staff was horrific, food was nowhere near good, and the atmosphere was cringe-worthy. Honestly couldn’t wait to get out of there!

Honestly this place was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in NH(and that’s saying a lot). Salad had way too much dressing, their«claim to fame» panini was overloaded with prosciutto, and their menus were extremely hard to handle/read. I was just as disappointed with the service; our waiters switched halfway through without an explanation or introduction to the new waiter and then we had THREE employees ask us within 2 minutes how our food was. Furthermore, the atmosphere was dingy with odd music and strange employees that seemed to lurk around the tables/bar.

The Caesar salad was loaded with dressing so I could not finish it. I though the veggie burger would be on the side but they slapped it on top of the salad without a bun. Cheese and crackers were nice at the beginning. Staff was not nice and it took a long time for the food to come out on a very slow night. Kinda stuffy inside with depressing music. Overall, not great and will not be going back.

One of my favorite common man restaurants. My go to is the grilled cheese and tomato soup. Delicious! Although tonight they skimped on the tomato soup, and it’s the best part. Biscuits with carmelized onion butter was fabulous and the drink special(apple cider grog with maple whiskey) was a perfect way to warm up. There was a group of quilters there and it was loud! All in all it was a great dinner.

Camp is a part of the Common Man Family(which means it rarely, if ever, disappoints). The atmosphere is definitely«campy» and gives a nice, relaxed, welcoming feel to the restaurant. It’s a smaller restaurant and that’s one of the things I like best about Camp. I enjoy that the majority of the time, it’s a cozy, quiet nook to have a nice, comforting and savory meal. They have a great cocktail menu and a nice wine selection. The menu is wonderful. You really should do yourself a favor and try the Camp Crackers! They’re amazing pita-like triangular pieces of bread that have gorgonzola and green onion on top. They’re delicious and served on a table length wooden board. The Camp Salad isn’t anything unique but Camp gets it right. Spinach, gorgonzola, balsamic, candied nuts… YUM. It’s an amazing salad. The entrees are all spectacular. Although it seems silly, TRYTHEGRILLEDCHEESE! It’s by far the best grilled cheese I’ve ever had. It’s served with a cup of tomato soup and it’s just amazing. Comfort food to a T. Every meal I have had there is phenomenal. The baked scallops are probably my second favorite. Camp is definitely worth a visit!

Delicious! Went on 08÷12÷14 and had a fabulous meal! Great décor, cheese and crackers while you wait for a table, yummy biscuits and honey butter. We had the fried chicken and lobster blt. Both were fresh, lots of flavor! Desserts looked awesome but we were stuffed! Nice touch of white chocolate served with the check. Overall awesome experience! We will be back!

Great atmosphere… you won’t find anything like this anywhere… it is like dining in an old camp. I think the food is always good and sometimes great. Camp salad, camp crackers, pot roast dinner and s’mores desert is the way to go!

Being in meredith, there are not too many options. Camp is a bit nicer alternative and has great food. The shepards pie was incredible this past weekend. Our party also got burgers, pot roast and fried chicken. And you have to start with the onion rings every time! And common man has the nice cheese and crackers before. This place is nice!
