When they learn to make drinks it might be ok. Until then I will head down the street to the Dutch buddies place.

Good drinks and the sugar cookie is divine! I do think they need to add items to the menu or I don’t think they will make it. Seating area was ample but overall the atmosphere is a bit stark– could use some plants and maybe music playing

I’ve seen the sign for this place out on Overland for the past week or 2, so I grabbed the kids and came in for a treat Tuesday afternoon. Entreat is located in the same little strip as Dickies, but in the back where it’s hard to see from Overland. The first thing I noticed upon walking in is that this place is BORING! 2 walls painted a purplish color, 3 pics on the right side wall, the menu on the left. 3 or 4 small round tables with clear acrylic chairs, and nothing else! I was expecting more of a sweet shoppe, along the lines of Powell’s at Bown Crossing, but this is really just a soda and cookie shop. That’s fine. There are plenty of options for sodas, but only 4 cookies to choose from, sugar, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and I forget the 4th. The cookies are good, but nothing special. I ordered a Green River, which is soda water, double watermelon flavoring, basil, and fresh lime. It was very tasty, and the kids enjoyed their drinks as well. The prices are a little misleading, b/c they charge you for each ingredient in the sodas, even their concoctions. So my 24 oz Green River was $ 1.25 for the base, and ended up costing $ 2.70. This is never explained, and there aren’t prices by the individual drinks, so you just have to count how many ingredients the drink you choose has, and do the math yourself. Anyway, I can’t imagine this place will be here long, and I doubt the kids will be clamoring to come back. They seemed rather bored here as well, and I’m sure next time they’d rather just go to one of the many Fro-yo shops in the area.
