McDonald’s

We used the drive thru on Saturday night around 6:30pm.
We pulled up to the speaker and was greeted by a very friendly voice staying «Welcome to McDonalds»
We discovered this was a recording and the best of the customer service we were to receive.
The speaker was broken and «scratchy» sounding with feedback. We had to repeat we wanted the #2 combo about five times.
Once we finished ordering, we paid in window one.
At window two, we discover our order is wrong. There was no friendly service. It was just «here ya go.»
Once we received the correct order.
Our fries were yummy and hot.
The cheeseburgers were ok and a little above room temperature.
The chicken sandwich was hot and delicious.
Overall the service was not outstanding, but not rude or horrible either.
Some of the food was good and fresh while the burgers were just warm and ok.
