Great food, fast and convenient! Usually get the pork sandwich, ribs or stew. Like it all. The tea is very sweet so I usually ask for half/half.

The best boston butt and dry ribs are the best anywhere on the planet! And their mild vinegar sauce is out standing.

Stopped in for lunch today. Ordered a large plate — choice of ribs or pork, I chose pork. Pork was decent, vinegar-based sauce was good. Three sides came with the large platter. The coleslaw was very good, slightly spicy, I liked it. Potato salad was also good, but the beans, not so good. Beans tasted like they came straight from the can. If you stop here, expect to use the drive-thru and proceed on. There is one table with four seats under a tin roof awning, but that’s it for outdoor seating. A lot of noise from traffic on busy US431 going by if you opt to eat outside.

I grew up eating bbq here every summer my whole life when I’d visit my grandparents in Meridianville. It’s hands-down my favorite bbq in the world! We would always get pulled pork by the pound(delicious) with their spicy, vinegar-based sauce(out of this world) and vinegar-based(instead of mayo-based) cole slaw. This place is how bbq should be!!!

Had the pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, and brunswick stew. The sandwich with cole slaw on top is quite good and sauce is awesome — sweet, tangy, and a bit spicey. The pork was done just right as well: a little sweet, smoked nicely, and moist. Baked beans were good too but appeared to come from a can. Their downfall was the stew. It’s labeled as Brunswick Stew, but the consistency was soupy and it consisted of potatoes, onions, and pork/chicken — that’s it. Being from the south, it should be known that a Brunswick Stew contains pulled pork, chicken, perhaps beef, tomatoes, corn, onions, potatoes, and sometimes beans. And you always serve it with cornbread and not crackers. The place itself is more of the drive-in type and not eat-in, although you can eat on an outside picnic table if you want. Almost forgot: the pulled pork sammy is $ 2.79, what a deal!
