Everyone in The entire office, is incompetent. I first had suspicion from the beginning when Mr. Poliseno was coming to the house for hone visits for my home bound mother, a lot. I figured he was trying to get as much out of medicare as possible but I also figured, why not, if he wants to come and Medicare is paying him, then let it go. Now that I think about it, I’m going to call medicare to see exactly what he’s been claiming.
From the office staff not calling scrips in (even after MULTIPLE phone calls to the office asking them to call in a needed script) to claims not being submitted correctly and billed to my house, to Mr. Poliseno, coming to the house after a home visit to pick up a urine sample (3 days later, knowing we had concerns of a potential problem) that hasn’t been seen by anyone including the Lab, since he picked it up from our house. It’s either still in his car, or at their office, or maybe he needed clean urine, who knows. Going back to the bill that came to my house. Mr. Poliseno told me to «ignore the bill, by law you don’t have to pay it and it won’t ruin your credit. «I had to repeatedly tell him I wanted it fixed until he said he will do it. Now it looks like I’m going to have to call them myself to see if Poliseno took care of it. I am currently gathering everything I can to report this circus of an office to everyone I can. Starting with medicare, and heading all the way up to the top. I’ve given this office multiple chances. It ends now.
