Number 1 Auto Transport

Just sent my car to my grandson in Arizona and used number one. The car was picked up one day early and delivered exactly on time! Very impressed by their service. These are the gentlemen to use. The driver was professional and courteous. The car arrived exactly as I sent it. I’m very pleased and will recommend this company to friends as well as use it again!

Where do I start? I cannot possibly have more appreciation for a company than I have for this one. They saved the day after I got royally screwed over by another company. I was about to give up and drive across the country when number 1 auto transport called. I was upset and angry and skeptical and had about 2 days only to figure it out and they were extremely polite and patient and helped me play out all my options. Rob was amazing! He always called when he said he was going to and I could ALWAYS reach him!!! He kept me calm and reassured throughout the whole process. He provided all the documents I requested and insurance information. The driver showed up on time and when there was one tiny glitch (one not even big enough to mention) rob was on the phone fixing it immediately. My car was delivered exactly the way I left it. They were able to meet my needs, although my delivery needs were sort of complicated. I will absolutely use this company again and again. In the precarious world of car transporting, number 1 auto is the HIDDEN JEM!!! look no further !

I discovered Number 1 Auto transport through an internet search and their price was very competitive. From my first phone conversation my instinct told me they were for real and knew their business. My car left RI early this past week and arrived Friday evening in FL. I was given the driver’s phone number and he made the pick up and drop off very easy. I highly recommend the company and thank you Rob at Number 1 Auto Transport.

Rob’s approach is really great — know the business cold, fantastic customer service, be honest and don’t over-​promise, and over-​deliver. I transported a 1993 Mustang GT from MD to SC. Rob was the only broker I spoke with who asked if it was a convertible, and when I said yes and a white top, Rob guaranteed to get the car on a top position after explaining that its not unusual for oil or grease to drip from the top car onto the convertible which can stain the top. I got a very competitive price and Rob said he would work hard to get the car picked up within 72 hours and delivered 2 days later. Through Rob’s efforts and a little luck, the car was picked up 8 hours later and was rolled off the truck in perfect condition in about 30 hours after my first call with Rob. On top of all that, I never paid the deposit payment to Number 1 until AFTER the car was loaded on the truck. Very smooth experience and will recommend these guys to anyone moving a vehicle.
