Whatever you do, do yourself a favor and DONOT call Residential Appliance to repair a clothes dryer!!! The«repairman» showed up 2hrs past the scheduled service window having never called me to say he was running late, he was wearing a local used car dealers service department shirt– no kidding! — and did not know the difference between my front loading Whirlpool Duet washing machine and dryer! Said he’d never seen one like mine — wow! When I asked him if he knew what he was doing, he said, «of course, it’s my job». It took him one and a half hours to remove the back of the machine with great difficulty, look at the heater which was fine, and screw the back of the machine back on — a bracket on the back puzzled him for over an hour! My very common dryer was out of his league — definitely not a skilled or experienced technician!!! When I called Residential Appliances and requested they send someone who knew what they were doing, they wouldn’t, they said technician could call for tech assistance if he needed it — he clearly needed help but wasn’t willing to ask for it! — and when I told the receptionist I wanted to speak with a manager I was told none were there. I’ve left 3 voicemails requesting someone call me and haven’t heard a peep. It took 2 visits by a professional company to correct what Residential Appliances day hire did to the machine!!! Do yourself a favor, don’t call this company for service — everything about it screams amateur!

You should absolutely NEVER trust this company. They are unethical, late, and not even competent in their field. Don’t just take my word for it. Google them and read other reviews for yourself. This is one company to stay away from.
