Eye Care Plus

Very thorough exam, great staff. Could have a larger frame selection. Found frames I like, though. Definitely will use again.

The staff was friendly and very thorough in their exam practices. It has been a couple of years since my last eye exam, but this exam seemed more thorough than the last exam I could remember.
I can see how this place could be overlooked because of the naming of the business because it seems to go by at least two different names. The signage is for «Eye Care Plus» but they also seem to be a part of the «Ossip» brand network of practices. When I drove up I was looking for «Ossip» signage but only saw the «Eye Care Plus» signage and branding until I got to the door which can be a bit confusing for new clients.
Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them to a friend.

Misuse of financial information! I got into an accident with very little damage. Other guys glasses where bent. So we made an agreement that I would purchase his new glasses. I work (a girl has got to bring home some bacon!), so on my lunch hour I ran to the eye glass place, I gave them my financial info, and signed the financial agreement paper for his visit. They told me they would call me with my total and shred my info. Never got the call– but I did get charged $ 691.02! Okay, I shake it off (they charged me for his exam also) It is what it is… But 2 weeks later– yeah… 2… weeks…later! I get an alert from my bank of a charge for almost $ 400 from this eye glass place. I am not a customer (might be a bit too expensive got me… did you see these prices???) so why, do you ask, do I get charged? Without my written or vocal consent they decided to charge me for his contacts. What? They did refund when I called and complained about fraudulent charges, but I never received an explanation on why they kept my information, and why they would charge me without my consent. This does not inspire trust in me! So, if you go… Try to get someone else to pay– they probably won’t bat an eye!
