Hired them to take 4 adults to a wedding and return trip. Pick up was on-​time, woman driving was courteous (Gigi, part owner along with her husband). At drop off, I asked Gigi how much notice she needed to come get us. she said 45 minutes. Called her at 920pm for pick up, she arrived at 1225am — THREE HOURS LATER. When she arrived, she gave us attitude, and expressed that it was not her fault … that another customer’s flight was delayed and she had to wait for him at Manchester airport. As she dropped us off, she sped away without a word. I called Dickson’s and told them I would not be paying for the return trip … and after an hour arguing with both Dan & Gigi as to why they didn’t deserve to be paid for the return trip, they refunded me the cost of the return trip.
Unreliable, and thoroughly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Dan and Gigi are top notch business owners. They personally drive the cars, are always reliable and professional and reasonably priced. I have used them consistently over the last year (more than 25 times) and I won’t consider anyone else. They cover MHT, BOS, and cities from Canada to NYC. This is the company to hire, you won’t be disappointed.
