These guys are terrible. Their prices are ridiculous. When you ask them an explanation of the pricing — they never get back to you. I had them install 2 ceiling fans in 2009 for $ 300 each. I decided to have them back to install a 3rd this year — they wanted to charge me nearly $ 800!!! Their work is good — but they are way over priced. There are better services that provide a more honest pricing model. Lot less smoke an mirrors. I would avoid these guys. I will not be using them again.

I’ve had so many bad experiences with repair services in my homes over the years, I’ve just about had it. I realize the Master Electric is a bit pricey but as my dad always told me, you get what you pay for. I am willing to pay more for expert, timely, professional service and that’s what Master Electric gives you. I think you reach a point in your «homeowner life,» when you just won’t accept anymore half-​baked service people trying to do the job. I’ve never been disappointed in the jobs Master Electric has done for me. I’m going to call only them from now on, regardless of the higher cost.
