You guys are the worst Wendy’s I have ever gone to in my entire existence. I blame the manager as when I call in to just tell them about the horrendous waits and customer service I receive, the manager is NEVER there. And the woman that does pick up the phone constantly says how there are only two people working in the kitchen and only one of them actually knows how to cook their products properly. I was just there 30 mins ago. I waited for 15 mins in the drive thru. After 2 cars ordered there would be a 5 min wait. Someone behind me started honking and then a few more people honked. After 15 mins I was one car away from ordering when the two people behind me drove off I rolled down the window and asked the car in front of me if he had even ordered yet and when he said no I decided to try calling them. Having knowledge of the food industry I just wanted to see if maybe they were out of a certain item or something like that. A woman picked up saying she was in charge for the night, so I calmly said: «So I have been waiting for 15mins and I was just wondering…» Then she yells at me, me the customer she yells and makes rude remarks to me? I didn’t even yell at her! And then when she finished her rant I decided to just say«I am really sorry I hope your night gets better». Obviously not what I was going to originally say but then she mumbled sorry and hung up on me. Needless to say I went to the one on my way home in Manchester on 2nd street and was delighted to only have to wait 30 seconds. I told the man at the drive thru about my horrible experience at the Merrimack Wendy’s and he apologized for them. Even though this Wendy’s is in closer proximity to my work place I will never be coming here again and neither will any of my co-workers

Worst Wendys ever. Waited 8 mins in drive thru with no one else in line. Finally give my order and shes says hold on and doesnt come back for another 3 mins. Rude, didnt care. Dont go!!!

This Wendy’s is absolutely ridiculous, I came by not to long ago and the staff were rude and inconsistent. My girlfriend and I pulled up to the drive thru without a friendly greeting, it was more like a «what do you want?» Without actually saying that. We ordered and pulled up to the window still no friendly greeting, just getting food handed to use a little more than 10 minutes later. Finally we left, the fries were no good the burgers were doused is an unnecessary amount of dressing and they didn’t even bother to put ice in our drink. Really? I work in food and I know it takes 2 seconds to put ice in a drink but apparently to them(regardless of the extensive wait) using ice takes to much time. Although I did speak to the manager on duty(who seemed to be the only one to care about what was going on) I will never come back to this unorganized and flat out unfriendly«restaurant».

Is this place still even in business? If it is, I’m shocked! I tend to favor the taste of Wendy’s burgers over the other two that are close by. I’ve stopped here, not two, not three but FOUR times to satisfy a late night craving(I’m talking 9 pm at latest, people). I’ve sat at the drive through window, when they are clearly open, waiting patiently for at least up to 10 minutes(which is an eternity at a fast food window) also saying hello hello, to have absolutely no response. Maybe the late night crew is just a bunch of lazy teenagers but my god. Four separate times?

Yes I am aware I am reviewing a «fast food» establishment, but should that really matter when I am paying. I consistently order the half size baja salad from here, which is really good. The reason for the 2 stars is the horrible service and inconsistency this place continuously has on a daily basis. The other day I went through the drive thru at 11:23am and ordered my salad. When I got up to the window they gave me half of my order and I had me waiting a few minutes. Then they had me pull up and were going to bring my salad out to me. Over 5 minutes went by and at this point I need to get back to work so I got out of my car(the whole part I try to avoid when I am doing drive-thru) and walk in to find out where my salad is and if they have gone off to the backyard garden to freshly pull the lettuce or something. So inside, I asked the woman and she said that they were making guacamole for it. Here is it, lunch time and they don’t have it made??? Needless to say, I finally got my salad but was never offered any type of compensation for my time. I wasn’t looking for much… maybe a free junior frostie? My other gripe is that everytime I get this same salad, it is always missing some component to it. Sometimes it has sour cream. Sometimes it has the chips. Sometimes it has neither. Either make it the same everytime or go back to training.

We often stop here for a quick bite out of convenience because the food is predictably decent as fast food burgers go and it close to the highway on our way north. However, this Wendy’s is also consistently disorganized, chaotic and slow. They are always well staffed and everyone looks busy, yet nothing is ready to go. It’s not unusual to stand there waiting 5 – 10 minutes, sometimes longer. They will get the drivethrough orders out at the expense of the people standing at the counter and justify the delays with such excuses as, «we got slammed at the drivethrough.» They can’t seem to balance the two. The upshot here is that since they are always behind on orders, when you do get your food it is right off the grill/fryer so it’s fresh and hot. As long as you’re not in a rush, that’s worth the wait. Sure, we could easily go elsewhere, but this place is nicely halfway in our usual trip north and if we’re going to resort to fast food, we prefer Wendy’s. So we deal with the shortcomings in service for decent, freshly cooked burgers and fries.
