We found Edward to be a professional and man of his word from the start. He came right out when it we asked for a quote and was the only one that followed up with us when we had questions. And we got quotes from a lot of reputable companies and not one of them even thought to send or call with a follow up to their quote.
We are thrilled with our new patio. They did a great job and even did what most companies don’t do– they cleaned up after they were complete even raking the rock back in place so it looked brand new. 5 Stars for excellent customer service. Edward helped us with installing our own DIY splash pad and poured concrete for our courtyard water feature. It turned out great! He is really friendly and helpful and his crew was so nice to work with. I would definitely use them again!

We had wanted to go with this company for our large (between 10K — 15K job) but their customer service was awful. I was promised a quote by Edward by a date, didn’t get it, emailed, called, text, called again and finally when I caught Edward on the phone he apologized (by this time it was 3 days late) and said he would send it that day, didn’t get it until the next day.
We had questions on it, emailed them back, nothing. Followed up again, and again and still nothing. After a week of trying to follow up and still nothing I emailed that they must not want our business. Still nothing. It has been almost 2 weeks now since they sent the quote and still no follow up. Terrible and too bad as out of the 4 companies we interviewed we wanted to go with them, now we have given our business to a company that responds.

My wife and I recently had Edward and his team landscape our backyard. He installed lights, a new drip system, rocks, and plants. He also repaired our existing irrigation setup.
Edward was friendly, professional, courteous, gave an excellent price, and stayed within his estimate. I would recommend Amberstone to anyone and would definitely use them again.
