This team gets it. They have great service and always try to make you a priority. Once you talk to Josh you can I’ll see he knows his stuff and truly has a great solution for each situation. I would recommend them over any other property managers in Gilbert.

Edited: The fact that the owner called me as well as responded to my complaint says a lot to me. I appreciate the time and effort to address my reasons for concern and have revised my rating to reflect that.
There are some nice people working there but the fees surely need revising.

These guys are terrible and crooked. Their reports were regularly wrong. More than once they would send me a check and the next day tell me I owed them money.
When I canceled my management agreement my property was vacant, but they still forced me to wait the 30 day notice. The only point of this would be to prevent me from marketing my property since it was vacant and there was no revenue left in it for them. They said some BS about it being their liability for 30 days, but as the owner, I should be able to release them from any of that.
If you want to get screwed go ahead and sign up with them.

If I could give a zero, I would. This has been the worst experience ever! Zero communication and completely unprofessional.
