Gary and I had our Arizona home 14 years ago built by Cheyene Construction. We knew no builders in the area and ask our Brother-in-law who worked for a big carpet company in Mesa if he could suggest anyone, he told us that if he were building a home he would have Cheyene Construction build for him without a doubt. We met with them, visited the homes they had built, talked to the owners and we were sold. We live in Idaho so the building went on when we were away part of the time. We remain friends with Chris and his father, and see them each winter. We could not be more satisfied with the workmanship and quality of our home.

If you need a handyman or a building contractor, business or residential, you name it, Chris is your guy. He builds and renovates homes mainly, but he can also do small jobs like install bathroom faucets, screw in a hook to hang your ironing board, put up mirrors. Cheyenne can also do bigger jobs like design and contract a backyard overhaul, build an outdoor fountain and much more.
I’ve pretty much had Chris help me since I got my first home in 2005. It’s been 7 years and I’m still a happy customer.
The pricing is fair and I’ve been able to afford going back to Cheyenne for multiple fixer-​upper projects.
