Where do I start? I was a Burnette wanting to go blonde. I came in with a few photos of what effect I wanted and what I expected from «Maria» as a «experienced» hair stylist. 7 hours of her working on my hair she failed horribly. I was so disappointed by the results she had promised me one thing and failed to deliver. Sad part is she tried so hard. Lets just say she does not know what she is doing she ruined my hair, expected me to pay, she drenched my shirt with water and processed to deep clean her space while I was there. Clearly judging by the time it took her, the steps she took and the results of my hair she needs to learn to be professional and achieve better results. I left unhappy and embarrassed of what she had completed. I had to cut my hair very very very short due to the damage she caused.

Had a groupon for mani and pedi. My pedi was with Maria. It was the worst experience with a pedi I have ever had. I had an ingrown toenail removed 3 weeks earlier so I told her to be careful around that area. She took the cuticle pusher to that area so I reminded her to be careful again. She nicked my skin with the cuticle cutters so my toe was bleeding. She wore prescription sunglasses because she left her regular glasses at home. When she painted my toenails she got polish all over my skin which she kept trying to remove. My toenails were all uneven. Her son was there to help her and they were talking about personal business while I was having my service done. She also made 2 personal calls. My gel mani started peeling after 7 days. All of this took 2 hours and my feet looked horrible. I left a bad review on her facebook page and she responded by bashing me and called me a pussy lady! Stay far away!!! Check out her page. I wish I could post the pictures of my feet, but not sure how.

Would give no stars if possible. Went in for 2pm gel mani appts, Maria did not start soaking my gel polish in acetone until 2:30 and left me in the acetone for an hour. She was making phone calls, answering texts, or saying how stupid her kids were the entire time she was with us. Several times she even called her daughter «retarded». She was swearing/​complaining about random things and I am not easily offended, but that is not how you gain regular clients. She finally finished my manicure just before 5:30 and it looks ok, but my nails are different lengths and shapes, just kind of all over the place. She offered free manicures to us for our patience, but we left before she could even start my mom’s manicure and will definitely NOT be returning.
