This place is great because of Sergio and Al. They take care of me as a customer and keep the property well maintained. They have the best rates in the area. They are even getting a face lift!

I picked this place out of the convenience of the location and they had an internet discount at the time that suited my needs. Sergio was warm and welcoming right away and I had a nice time doing business with him. I was in and out with a unit secured in no time. I’m still a new customer, but so far, so good.

The only reason I gave this place one star is because I had to in order to write a review! This is the absolute worst storage unit I’ve had. I went to my unit today to get something out only to find everything inside is ruined! Covered in dirt and soot and valuable items from my mother who is now passed just trashed! I went in to talk to the manager who told me I «might of been the only one who experienced storm damage» and it was something I would have to live with. On top of that a couple of months ago they raised the price of my unit by $ 20 without any consent. Why am I paying extra for ruined memories. I’m so beyond disgusted with this unit I can’t even begin. I would never recommend this place of storage to anyone who values anything you own. Horrible.
