Amazing customer service! I preordered batman arkham knight and I was supposed to pick it up within the first 48 hours. I was out of town that day and I called store. I asked them if I could pick it up the next day and they said yes. I got it the next day and the employee was super nice. I’ll be there in the future!

Good service and quick. Not hard on upsell like others.
GameStop is a chain but each is quite different in regard to customer service… The one in Ahwatukee always was a pain to go into — but these guys are always nice. Always say «HI» when you walk in and are quick to help and provide information.
Location is good for me and I’ve pre-​ordered my last 3 games with them, still waiting on one (nov) and I’ll continue to utilize this location over others for sure. :)
