I’ve stopped coming to this and other O’Reilly auto parts stores. I’ve purchased parts from this store and decided to either exchange the parts for different parts of for a refund. Each time I’ve had a very unpleasant experience; as the employees will act as if I’m stealing or trying to swap out parts of lesser quality /or missing parts. I only mention this as that’s exactly what one employee told me why he was tearing the box the parts came in apart and asking his manager«should we take this back?» Now granted, if I brought back parts that had been installed, broken, or not the actual part I got from them than I understand why they would be so careful. But I haven’t. I bring the parts back in sealed containers with no missing parts. Perhaps I’m being too sensitive, but I have noticed that auto zone and pep boys store employees are far more friendly while processing returns from other customers.

I’m giving this place 3 stars. Only cause it depends on who helps you. If Colby is there you’ll be in good hands. If it’s Some of the other guys you might be screwed. They have a decent selection of parts for most cars. If not they’re hub store is down by Gilbert n southern n can get you your stuff by the same day or next.
