Was going to have him help get my pool back from being green and have him service it regularly but forget it! I called and made appointment to have him look at the pool and give me a rough estimate. He said he can come by Monday 8 – 9 maybe possibly earlier which is great! My wife was at home waiting… She tells me no one has showed up it was 9 by then. So I called to see what time he’ll be by and if he was running a little late… He said he went by at 7:30 no one answered the door. So I asked when will he be able to go back. He said not today and he’ll have to check his schedule (rudely). I said thanks and hung up
I asked my wife if she heard the door bell and she said yes she has to put the dog up and went to the door and no one was there… He could’ve did a courtesy call when no one answered to see if someone was there! I’ll go somewhere else thanks!

We just moved into our house and the pool was green. We contacted pH balanced pool service they got back to us immediately and Shain was out the next morning! The pool now looks AMAZING and he will continue our pool service on a weekly basis. Very professional, great customer service, very knowledgeable, very thorough and VERY reasonably priced. I am so happy to have pH Balanced Pools servicing our pool!

Shain does a great job keeping my pool in perfect shape! He is very friendly, reliable and always makes sure to keep the back gate shut so the dogs don’t get out. Can’t say enough good things, highly recommend him!

Shain is amazing. He makes sure my pool is taken care of, is here when he says he will be here. He replaces what needs replacing but doesn’t try to replace things that don’t in order to make extra money. He treats his customers how he would like to be treated and it shows.

We started using PH Balance last year after we had our pool and pool area redone (we wanted to make sure we took care of our investment!). What I like best besides having a sparkling clean pool– is that you deal with Shain directly– it’s not often that you find this kind of customer service!
