Preferred Choice Restoration

My condo was the recipient of collateral damage from the condo next to mine. This is a nightmare that no one ever wants as it’s very disruptive. But Preferred took some of the pain away by their courteous attitude… FAST response… and careful work to make certain that no mold would exist. I would not choose anyone else. They are impressive.

Josh and Cody inspected my home today after a second story leak damaged my master bedroom closet. They were very friendly, courteous and respectful of my time. They arrived in a timely fashion and were very open and honest about the restoration. I am very grateful for their assistance today. Very professional.

I’m a small business owner and received a phone call early one morning reporting my suite was flooding and water was going into the surrounding suites as well. A pipe had burst inside my suite and there was several inches of water on the floor. Lucky for me, my property management company referred me to Preferred Choice Restoration. They sent out Mikey, who was awesome! He had a Flir thermo camera and all the other high tech gear to get me the proper help I needed quick. Mikey was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The best part was he really wanted to help and do a great job. He didn’t try and rip me off and gave me the help and advice I needed at a price that fit my budget. I also spoke with Dan the owner who was also genuinely happy that he could help me. This is a professional, knowledgeable, and honest company. If you ever get in a jam and need help with water damage, these are the guys you want to call.

I recently called Preferred Choice Restoration to do a repair job in my bathroom after a water leak. Joe responded to my home in a quick time frame and he was very personable and professional. I was very pleased with his work. I also had the opportunity to speak with Dan at the main office (I later found out that he was the owner) He was just as helpful and friendly as Joe. It was nice to do business with a company that does a great job and treats their customers like you are family I would recommend this company to anyone needing an honest company for your restoration needs.

I flooded my house late one afternoon. They arrived promptly, did not pass judgment and quickly pick up the water and started the drying process. The workers were conscious of keeping the floors clean (wore shoe covers) and picking up after themselves. They were professional and courteous. Highly recommend them

Recently Preferred Choice helped me following a plumbing leak. They were referred to me and I understand why. They sent someone quickly who assessed the problem and made arrangements with the several types of services that would be needed. All of the tradesmen who responded were professional in performance and demeanor. I turned everything over to Preferred Choice and they did not disappoint. Let me add that I am 73 years old so I needed a lot of help. I will not hesitate to give this company an unqualified recommendation.
