One star at best due to a lack of responsiveness from Jessica Irwin the founder, owner and CEO of S.E.E.K Arizona. The family contacted Ms. Irwin on May 22, 2015. Ms. Irwin to date has not contacted the family to address the issue. Ms. Irwin delegated her initial response to the voice-mail message that was left by this family; however, in 33 days since the initial contact Ms. Irwin has not contacted the family with a live telephone call, voice-mail message, or e-mail message. The Operations Manager who did initially respond to the family’s voice-mail message was admittedly unable to comment or correct the situation as she stated words to the effect of she did not have the credentials to do so. The situation noted above in this review isn’t even our initial issue with quality of services rendered by SEEK Arizona, this review simply addresses the lack of responsiveness displayed by SEEK Arizona Owner and CEO, Jessica Irwin, when the family attempted to contact her for resolution.
