Bought an expensive $ 1,500 stackable washer and dryer. When it was delivered the salesperson forgot to include the stacking kit. I had to drive back to the store to pick it up. The delivery people said they would return in an hour to install. They never returned. After calling and trying to speak to a Manager and to no avail, I ended up with a dryer sitting in my living room for another week waiting for install. Once they finally showed up to installed it, they forgot to turn on the water. I ended up having to pull a very heavy stackable washer and dryer out of a tiny closet and reach to turn on the water. Bottom line, worst experience of my life with Sears! I was unable to speak to a Manager because they kept telling me they were on another call. They also said once they got off the call they would call me back. They never did. The worst customer service ever. I even completed the surveys they sent me and in the survey they ask if you want to be contacted and I said yes, and still haven’t heard from them. Needless to say I will never purchase anything from Sears ever again.
