We contracted with Mark to do some general yard maintenance, clean up, weed spraying and to set up ongoing yard maintenance. We prepaid him $ 100 upon his in-home visit. A few days later he sent two people out and did about half of the work promising to do the work.
They never returned and we called Mark several times speaking to him personally. He had several excuses and promised to finish job but after a couple of months no show
I would be afraid to use him and would advise if you do to pay when work was completed
We have contracted with another firm and they show up right on schedule
