Titan Restoration of AZ

We had water damage in our condo from 2! leaks. One from our neighbor above, and one from a community pipe bursting underneath our floor. Titan Restoration was amazing! They got to work immediately, setting up dehumidifiers, fans, and taking off the baseboards and carpet padding. They were responsive and helpful throughout the entire month and a half process, and were a dream to work wit! Despite having to deal with 2 insurance companies to repair the damage to my ceiling, tiles, walls and carpet– they always put my unit first (even fighting with the insurances to make sure everything was restored perfectly, not subpar). Terry was the main person I worked with, and I can’t say enough nice things about him! Everyone I worked with was great though. Hopefully, we never find ourselves in this situation again, but if we do, I will be calling Titan right away. Definitely recommend them!

Titan restoration was referred to us by our insurance company. We have never had restoration work done before, so we had no idea of what to expect. They were ok. I think part of the disappointment was scheduling and communication between Titan and their sub-​contractors. Some days people would just show up at my door without an appointment. Two of those times they called me on my mobile and expected me to drop what I was doing and race home; very frustrating.
Another sub-​contractor didn’t show up for his scheduled appointment (RMI), then after a second scheduled appointment, he was not a very nice person to deal with (to put it nicely).
During yet another appointment, (which I have no idea how people working full-​time can schedule to have work done), the workers were arguing with me about some work they were supposed to do. I had already spoken with their supervisor about it, but they were adamant that they were not going to do it. I would like the problem solved correctly, so that we don’t have to go through all this restoration again.
Would I recommend them? Probably not. In the end, the work was completed. I am glad to be done dealing with them. However, I think this is pretty common business practice in this industry.
