Wesmor Inc installed my laminate flooring, replaced and painted all interior doors and replaced and painted the baseboard in the living room. Our experience was a pleasant one and the employees were thorough and considerate throughout the experience. I would hire Wesmor again for any home improvements or home remodels again. Thank you Wesmor for your help and my beautiful new Living Room!

If you want to hire a company that does a poor job with the re-construction of your water-damaged home, takes forever to do the work, doesn’t follow proper procedures, and does not communicate well, then by all means, hire Wesmor! The final straw was when we recently asked Wesmor for the mold clearance report that should have been done before the restoration was started. We were selling our vacation condo, and needed it for the disclosure document. Guess what? Even though an employee from Wesmor had told us that our place was«mold free» before Wesmor started work on the condo in 2012, an air quality test was nowhere to be found. Both Wesmor and their sister company that did the mold clean-up(Day & Night) pointed fingers at each other. So we had to pay $ 400 for something that our insurance should have paid for! Because the water damage happened in 2012, it was too late to go through the insurance. I have emailed and left several messages for the owner regarding the air quality report, and he has not once contacted me. To me, it speaks volumes that the owner will not contact me. Admit that mistakes were made, and help us! Also, the paint job that Wesmor originally did was bad-there were lines and uneven patches. The second painter from Wesmor who came to correct the mistakes told us that his main job was re-doing the paint jobs from the other Wesmor painters. UGH! Why not just get someone decent the first time? I suppose it’s about money. Let’s get someone cheaper and see if the client notices. Also, when Wesmor put in the kitchen counters, there was some kind of glue-like substance that we noticed was stuck on it. Why did we have to notice this? Where is the quality control? We noticed it when we came to the condo a month or two later. I don’t believe anyone from Wesmor ever came out to check the work that was done. They finally came back to clean off the glue. It didn’t come off entirely, but it turned out okay. Also, it was impossible to get a hold of Wesmor employees in a timely manner. It took FOREVER for them to finish the job. They used every excuse in the book, including«we have other jobs going on so we are too busy to work on your condo, or answer your phone call»(always a popular thing to tell your client) to «I couldn’t talk for the whole week, because I was sick and then my kids got sick.» So unprofessional. Buyer beware!
