Affordable Dentures

Horrible experience for my sister! Staff could care less! If you want dentures that fit and a staff that makes sure you are cared for and seen about then Do NOT go near this place!
You truly get what you pay for… Not much!
My sister is sitting now, waiting to be seen because she could not get them to help her get in to see the doctor as she is extreme pain and problems no one seems to care about!
This is a night mare and this will not be our last review of this non/​caring place!

I absolutely love Dr. Thalia Shirley. But the office staff at the front desk), 100% horrible. I had oral surgery February of 2014. I was sent home with my visa receipt, and the doctor telling me to give your mouth 6 months to heal. But no with no type of paperwork for after care, or what to expect after surgery. Especially after 28 complex extractions.
Not even a simple follow up phone call, just to see if I was OK. So, after 6 months of healing, I called to schedule a follow up. I was told no appointments! It was over a month to maybe two month wait. I asked the girl if i could be placed on a cancelation list. Yea sure she rudely replied. I was also misinformed of the type of package I purchased. The girl on the phone told me (without BOTHERING TO LOOK AT MY FILE!) I was going to have to purchase another $ 1200 in services. I finally went back, AFTER A YEAR! YES IT WILL TAKE THAT LONG TO FULLY HEAL, AND TO GET AN APPOINTMENT. *Side note* They do NOT make teeth in one day. It took them over a week to get just my wax molds (correct).
I I signed off on the wax molds, fit and looked perfect. But once the final set was made, THEY WERE NOTHING LIKE MY WAX MOLDS. The are tiny, almost baby teeth!!! I paid extra $ 500 for an upgraded [supposedly] better set than my temporary set. These look and feel cheap and nothing like they should. Again, I was told «give your mouth time to adjust» I tried making an appointment THE day I was leaving the office, but again the girl (whom I might add is the office manager) believe me, she has no personal skills, nor professionalism– at all to be at best– a McDonald’s manager. Told me, «just give us a call next week, we can schedule you then» I made that call today, to express my dissatisfaction with not only the look of the new set, but also the deep cutting, sore now bleeding lines in my lower gums which have now become cuts, scars– no longer lines in my mouth. Yes, no exaggeration. Deep cuts that bleef from the hard plastic not fitting properly. Again, NOTHING LIKE MY WAX MOLDS. THESE ARE TOO NARROW TO EVEN REST ONTO MY GUMS. AND THE TEETH ARE SO SMALL, THEY RESEMBLE BABY TEETH. I KNOW THESE WERE NOT MADE FROM THE WAX MOLDS.
Dr. Thalia, was a perfectionist when she had my wax molds made. She even made my uppers with extra gum width, just like my 3 pictures I sent to her. So, with that said, Dr Thalia is a top rate doctor, working in a «low rate, take your money, don’t care about customer service, get them in get them out quicker, dental facility.»
Bottom line, «you get what you pay for» if you want an office staff that doesn’t care about integrity or professionalism, and you just need cheap ill fitting dentures, THIS IS THE PLACE!

This experience was too good to be true!!-Dr. Blair was very professional and a really nice guy! His staff was just great – I can’t believe the prices and all the wonderful attention I received!!! People are crazy to go any place else at double the cost!!!- «I promise I’m not relative:-)» I am 67 years old and very particular in all my medical endeavors! Keep up the good work – I am a BIG FAN!!!

Would never go to this place purchased the deluxe same day denture after 5 different trips 4 impressions hours of waiting I have no dentures out 140.00 dollars and no satisfaction. Sat in chair for 1 ½ hours dentist never came in room to see what the issue was with the denture they made so all I can say is stay away from this place if u are looking for a denture u can actually wear.
