This place is the worst! Seriously we will NEVER go here again ! they have terrible customer service and sent m the wrong sofa!!! They won’t make it right! Buyer beware !!

Worst experience ever!!! The sales man was terrible and tried to steal money from us by hiding a warranty in the price!!! Craziest thing I have ever gone through. I will never go back to this store ever! We were there for way too long just to figure out what we were suppose to pay. The sale guy was Tommy and was referred to us and even the manager agreed he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Basically I picked out my own furniture and did my own math and realized he was trying to charge us more so he could make extra money?!? Very disappointed and won’t be going back.

I purchased a dining room table at this store along with other furniture(HUGEMISTAKE). The sales person even sold us on the amazing protection plan, yeah right. Ashley’s Fruniture of Mesquite is a complete joke. Our arm chair broke, so I contacted the store immediately to find out what steps needed to be taken in order to either get it fixed and or replaced. I was refered to the protection plan company and was told that I would need to fill out a claim form and await a response. I never received a call back, so I had to follow up with them. Needless to say, my dining room table was discontinued or at least I thought. When I contacted the store again to redeem my credit for the discontinued set I was informed that the set was not actually discontinued. At this point both the store and protection plan company are pointing the finger at each other, as to who’s fault it is to get me my chair. I have been waiting for almost a month to get this rectified and was told that my chair would be delivered soon. Well when I called today to verify a time and date the representative informed me that my side chair should be in on 1÷08÷16. OMG, I almost lost my mind, my original claim was for a arm chair not a side chair. So here we go again with this waiting game. This has been thee absolute worst customer service that I have ever received and no one has taken responsibility of this screw up. We will see how long it takes this time. But a bit of advice DONOTPURCHASEANYTHINGFROMTHISSTORE. Now I will see how long it will take for me to get a response.

So I was a bit nervous to visit this store because of the negative reviews, but decided to give it a try anyways. I had just left another large furniture store nearby(I’ll choose not to name them) and had a less than pleasant customer service experience. As soon as I walked into Ashley, I was greeted by a staff member who offered to help me locate anything I may be looking for. After an extensive search, I decided on a bed frame/mattress I wanted. The staff member was incredibly helpful in getting the package together. He worked out a deal that was ½ the price of the other store, plus a 5 year warranty on the furniture. I walked out of the store with the expectation of getting the furniture in 14 – 18 days. The furniture was shipped within 10 days and assembled quickly. I’m glad I chose to give this place a try. I don’t normally take the time to review places, so you know the experience was exceptional if I’m writing this.

I went in 8−08−15 to buy a dining set. When they delivered it I didn’t notice until later that same day that one of the chairs was broken. I called the store and they told me it would take two weeks to deliver another chair. Today I noticed that two of the other chairs had staples sticking out and the fourth chair had a screw fall out when I moved it. I called back today and the woman, Janet Hoover told me that there was no record of them ever bringing me another chair. She also told me that I was pretty much stuck with all four broken chairs and they weren’t going to replace or exchange them for anything. I haven’t even had this dining set for a week! Shitty customer service and shitty attitudes. DONTSHOPTHERE!!!

I came to this store because they have a good selection of funiture. Found the furniture I wanted and they quickly approved. They told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks. At first I thought it was shot but that gave me time to redecorate. I got a call two days before the 8 week mark tell me there was a 1 month delay in the furniture. So I come to the store and now they are telling me it might take at least another 2 months. So now it would be at least 6 months before I get my furniture. When I complain the manager says that it is not his problem that it is the manufacturers problem. He said he will take 100.00 dollars off the price. Or I could just cancel my order. Needless to say I canceled and left unhappy

Highly recommend buying your furniture here! I found a great quality couch for a reasonable price. They delivered my couch six days later to Dallas in a high rise apartment. The movers said they would be there between 10 – 2 and came at 10am. The process of buying furniture was quick and easy.

DONOTBUYANYTHINGROMTHESEPEOPLE!!! I recently bought a new house and decided it was time to update my bedroom set. Along with that I ordered two bar stools. I wasn’t living in the new house when I ordered them, but I didn’t think it would matter. When the furniture was delivered the guy brought the«bar stools» in and set them by my bar. They were way too short. He even said so. He told me to call the store and explain what happened and they would switch them out no problem. So they leave, I call the store and first they tell me I will only get back a percentage of the worth of the two chairs and that there is a no return policy. So I call back and ask to speak to a sales person who can help me find real bar stools, not these pathetic short chairs. I explain to him whats going on and he seems shocked that I would have the audacity to want to return something. «That never happens», he says. And he says I should have refused the delivery, and that once its in my home its mine. ok now I ask to speak to a manager, after about three phone calls with him they finally say ok come in and trade them for something else. I ended up with lamps because they have no real bar stools. Now they tell me they will call to schedule a pick up for them to come get the chairs, my time was today between 1 – 4 and guess what! Its 4:10 and and they still aren’t here!!! Ive waited all day and nothing. I called the customer service line to try and see if they are still coming and they of coarse know nothing! Horrible customer service, horrible no return policy, horrible business!!!

Good luck getting furniture delivered that is not broken or damaged in some way within 3 to 4 tries. I will never buy from there again. I finally received a spare piece to fix the last buffet we received and I ended up fixing it myself because it took so long to receive the piece and it was going to take even longer to get someone out to install it. Oh, and you may wonder why so much furniture is broken when they deliver it? Its CHEAP!

Don’t get me wrong, they have a huge selection, but its mostly your generic matchy-matchy furniture sets. On first impression, seems overpriced and your boring«living room in a box» kind of place. I was able to go to a furniture store near by that is closing and get the same bar stools for $ 50 instead of $ 150 a piece.
