Don’t use them. You will regret it. He will cancel the appointment claiming he contacted he when he didn’t. His excuse was not receiving payment when I spoke to him twice on the phone the day before and told him payment is not a problem. He claims he sent an email and a text and I received neither. How hard is it to pick up the phone and call, huh? I have both texting and email access regularly and didn’t recurve anything. He lost a customer he could have had for life.

I’ve been using Clean My Castle (Lili specifically) for over 3 years now. I resisted using a house cleaner for so long, and it turned out to be the best thing we ever did. She does an incredible job, is friendly, and I completely trust her in our home. She comes every other week and is always on time. I would highly recommend them!
