DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

A few months ago, I found these amazing shoes that I loved. Unfortunately, I didn’t try them on in the store and also didn’t notice that someone had shoved a size 9 pair of shoes into an 8.5 box. I called around desperately searching for a store in the area that had the correct size in stock and who would exchange them for me. Luckily the Mesquite location had them in stock and held them for me. I know it’s a small thing but, given the sales industry and the flack a lot of salesmen and saleswomen encounter, I was highly appreciative that the folks who worked at this location took the time to go track down those shoes and then put them on hold for me. I can’t tell you how hard it is to find a cute, comfortable, dressy flat so this was fairly important in my eyes. Long story short, highly recommended for their selection and service.
