I like Pollo Regio. I go for the Chicken. But, This location is the worst! It never has quite the same flavor as others (almost watered down tasting). If you order Whole or Half chicken you won’t get enough white meat either. They skimp on rice as well. Its as if they fill it up then scoop some out. The beans are very undercooked. They never give you limes. I thought it was a one time thing & gave them a couple of chances and was disappointed each time. I will go to other locations just not here.

I have been here a few times now but I had to write about this trip.
I have had their chicken, not bad, and their burrito, very good, but today I decided on the baked potato and WOW. It was really soft, had plenty of cheese but the best part was the extremely soft steak overflowing over the potato. I didnt even mention the fact that it was a good size potato either. 1 potato and I was full and thats no easy task.

Let me begin saying 4 stars is for the chicken taco! I love it; they put so much meat. That is usually what I get besides the chicken, but I tried the tacos (fajita & barbacoa) & was not impressed at all. The fajita meat seemed old & dried out, barbacoa was just ok. I’ll just stick with what I know is good!

I know this place is a fast food joint but, this place literally screams fast food. I ordered the pastor tacos a super simple order with a side of rice & a horchata. Not only did I wait for 30 minutes for my food to be ready but they forgot my side of rice. The tacos are super greasy & the pork wasn’t the best. Maybe I should’ve ordered something else like chicken, I mean after all it is called «pollo». After eating here I rather go to a small taqueria at least they make things authentically.

The tacos were good, a bit over cooked on the beef. We ordered a burger, it was huge! and yummy!
