Horrible. I came in to take a drug test. Two people in front of me and it took forever! My time is very valuable and spending almost an hour waiting is ridiculous

This place was packed, and not because they were busy, but because their waiting room is small, and their staff is slow. On top of slow, only one staff member was even near polite. Luckily it was the polite guy who drew my daughter’s blood. I couldn’t understand his name, otherwise, I would write the company and let them know he is the only reason they even get 2 stars.
The waiting room was not clean, but it wasn’t outright filthy, either. It felt dirty. That could be because we were packed in like sardines.
If there is another place you could go for labs, I would suggest you do it.

Terrible. The employees are rude. I was there pregnant having testing done for several hours. I pulled a chair over to prop my feet up bc they where starting to swell and hurt. One of the women came out, told me that she needed the chair (which she didn’t!) and took it. I have never encountered anything like that in my life! So insensitive!
