The very first day as new homeowners our garage door broke. Since I had been leasing this house prior to owning, I called the original company my landlord used, but when I heard them spend 8 hours telling me they were «stuck in traffic», I told them to stay stuck, and went here to find a good Unilocal recommended company, that was also fairly close. It didn’t take long for Reyes Garage Door to stand out with very strong reviews, and when I called, not only did Mike (owner) answer the phone, but he rearranged his entire schedule for that day so he could come right away! When he and his Son In Law arrived, they immediately identified the problem, something another larger co. missed completely, and gave me a quote well below the other estimate (for a larger job than that other company quoted) After I agreed to their price, I asked them when they could start, Mike said now was good for them, and 30 minutes later the job was completed and our first maintenance issue as new homeowners was taken care of to our 100% satisfaction! I will share the other review I read and also tell everyone don’t waste your time with the larger companies and just go right to Reyes! You’ll be glad you did. Art

Called Mike because my garage door tension spring broke. I got same day service which is rare. The entire repair took maybe 30 minutes and I could not believe his price vs what I was quoted from other people. Mike and Rafa were very professional. They replaced exactly what needed to be replaced and did a perfect job with out trying to upsale me on anything. Right price and professional installation = 100% satisfied customer. Thanks guys.

Mike just left after repairing my garage door in Lake Highlands after a mouse, now deceased, cause it to jump off track. Said mouse picked the wrong time to walk along the garage door tracks. My genius self kept trying the garage door opener in hopes it would straighten out. Nope. Well, I was stuck with a door that was hanging by a few rollers, as well as a dead mouse. I called Mike today and he came out this evening. In and out, completely professional, and now my garage door is in perfect working order. I will recommend him to anyone with issues seeing as he and his crew work all over the metroplex. I hope I don’t have anymore issues, but if I do, I’m calling Mike.

Mike Reyes and his crew are courteous, professional, and fast to respond. I have an electric gate that was possessed by satan, or had a short, or whatever, I’m not a scientist. Mike came out and used a soldering iron/​crucifix to exorcise the demons, and now it just works. Seems pretty simple, but it was soo not working for sooo long. He also fixed my garage door that sometimes said REDRUM before it would kick back open for no apparent reason.
