I have been at the Storage Place for many years now. One of the things I like is Nancy the manager maintains the property well. It is very clean.
Burni, her assistant is very sweet and helpful. Always has a smile and makes everyone feel welcome.
This is one of the safer facilities out there and it’s in a great location.
It’s not the cheapest out there, but it is run by pros and they do a great job.

While my husband has in general been happy with the Storage Place there is a manager there that is abrupt and rude most of the time. They are the most expensive facility in our area and the key to keeping customers is to providing great customer service.
The few times we have had to go to the office if the manager is working it’s been unpleasant.
My husband stays because he really doesn’t want to move, but it does bother him that the manager is unpleasant most of the time. Her assistant is wonderful though. If it wasn’t for her assistant we would look elsewhere.
Strong personalities can be good for a business, but not when you make customers uncomfortable.

If you think storage facilities are all the same, think again! After touring several storage facilities in the Mesquite area, I was getting pretty discouraged; most were just plain scary! That is until I checked out The Storage Place on N. Belt Line. The facilitiy is SUPER clean, well-lit, safe, and best of all managed by the outstanding team of Nancy McCord, Manager and her assistant Crystal. You definitely get what you pay for! And though they were slightly higher than others in the area, it is money well spent for your peace of mind. Their climate controlled units are truly climate controlled! What a concept! I can’t say enough about how helpful and professional Nancy and Crystal are! You will be glad you stopped in!
