Brousse Robert G, MD

meh… I don’t know about him. Been to him once and not sure I’ll go back. After I explained my symptoms, he didn’t talk to me much about what the possibilities could be. He gave me a quick exam, ear and nose and gave to 2 shots for ‘mild’ inflammation. He has no bedside manner whatsoever. Like most people, a doctor that can diagnose properly is more important to me than being friendly but I’m pretty sure I can find one who has both these qualities.

Dr. Brousse is great. Went to him for 1^st time for sinus infection yesterday. If you suffer from sinus issues, bronchitis, etc. this is doc for you. You may wait for about 30 minutes or so to see him, but it is well worth it. He will sit and talk to you about what is bothering you. He does not rush you out of the doc office. Office staff at front desk is not overly friendly, but I am not there to see them. Nurse and Dr. Brousse were awesome. Highly recommend this doc!

Most ENT specialists don’t appear to arrive at work until 9am. A small waiting room decked out in 70’s décor greets visitors. I actually checked the paintings and art work, all completed between 1970 – 1979.
The staff was nice but not overly friendly. Just professional and courteous. They made an emergency same-​day appointment for me, which I appreciated! And my wait was not too long.
Restrooms are not located outside the office by the elevators. No wifi is available in the waiting room and even 3G connection on AT&T was iffy.
I was ushered to a room at around 9:05am. The physician did not arrive at my room until 9:28am. He spent 10 minutes doing his evaluation and procedure after which a nurse visited me to finish up.
Brousse was a great doctor who cracked jokes but was serious enough as well. Overall he was very professonal. He seemed honest and forthright and gained my trust quickly. He answered my questions directly and was fairly efficient in the appointment.
I chose Brousse at random out of the phone book and will certainly recommend him to others in the future. It has been a long time since I’ve been this confident in a physician so I hope the prescribed treatment works as expected.
