**DON’T WASTEYOURMONEYATTHISPLACE** We bought a sectional sofa and in 5 months it started to fall apart. We were told to take it in for repairs!?! REALLY, a sectional. Though the frame is busted and the cushions literally coming unsewn, we were told, «it wasn’t the frame». This is what the Trolls at Comeauex diagnosed– over the phone… the insurance we bought for the sofa is a joke claim forms and procedures that made no sense.

Great service, selection and prices but avoid the protection plan. It’s through a third party company(guardsman) and is very difficult to file a claim and get something repaired in a timely manner

I wish I could give Comeaux zero stars. My whole extended family has shopped there for decades. They used to be a wonderful local store, but something has changed. We bought a set of appliances from them and the dishwasher was defective. It leaks underneath and can’t get through a cycle without a flood error code. The pump runs and runs until I pull it out and unplug it. Comeaux’s repair guy says there is «nothing wrong with it» so Comeaux won’t exchange it for one that works! It’s unbelievable! There is clearly something wrong with it. We shouldn’t have to be stuck with this broken piece of junk because their repair guy can’t figure out what’s wrong. Take your business to Lowe’s. They may not be locally owned, but they employ local people who make commission on appliance sales and they simply won’t pull the kinds of tricks that Comeaux pulls.

Very sleazy attempt at an up sell. We bought a sofa, paid a deposit and had it scheduled for delivery. The next day we got a call from Gary, the manager, saying the sofa we bought could only be sold with a love seat, so we would either have to buy a love seat we didn’t want or cancel the order. The sofa was displayed alone, priced alone, and the salesman never once mentioned such a policy. Gary was also extremely rude, condescending, and made it very clear that he couldn’t care less whether we ever shopped there again.

We had a fantastic experience shopping today. My partner and I went to a few stores searching for a recliner for her father for Father’s Day. Once we walked in your store, CiCi greeted us immediately and offered to help with anything we needed. We found the perfect chair for her dad and at a great price! The 5 year warranty was a no brainer with its incredibly low price, as well. Thank you CiCi and Comeaux for such an easy, stress free shopping experience! We will be back.

DONOTBUYFROMTHISSTORE! I bought an Electrolux dryer from Comeaux. After first use, there was an issue that required service. The repair man found a sock in the fan, meaning this was a returned item. They never alerted me to this. When calling to complain about it, I was treated rudely. There has been nothing but problems since. The extended warranty is a joke as it takes 2 weeks to get anything serviced. 4 kids with no dryer for 2 weeks, FUN! To avoid a truly disappointing customer experience and waste of money, stay away from this store. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

When my boyfriend and I first moved here we looked everywhere for a couch. We finally came here and settled on a couch and a big chair with an ottoman. We were told it would take 4 weeks for the couch to arrive and that they would call us to let us know the day it was coming. 4 weeks went by and we went into the store to pay the rest of the bill and ask the status of our furniture. The sales lady looked at our papers and said oh it’s going to be about another 4 weeks. Um what? We were never called to be told that the furniture was going to take longer than expected. After complaining we waited another 2 – 3 weeks and it finally arrived. The moving men were rude rude rude. The couch was large and we live on the third floor. He looked at me and said«when you move let me know so I can sit back and laugh at you guys trying to get this down those stairs.» Hmm, professional. Upon viewing the furniture, the pillows were completely different on the chair than on the couch, and then the chair and ottoman were a completely different color than the couch. After calling to complain(again!!!) the lady gives me no apology and makes me text her pictures of the fabric! She offered no apology what so ever! After being put through the ringer several times I finally spoke to our sales lady who says she will contact her manager to see what he can do about a possible discount or whatever for all our trouble. 3 days went by and we heard nothing. Again I contacted her and she gave me the same story with the same result. Finally I called and told them to get the furniture out of my apartment. Not once were we ever given a simple sorry for all of our trouble. Not even offered the slightest discount for it either. I told them if they offered me something(anything!) I would keep the furniture as is and just deal with it but they rather take the entire set back and give me a refund than make me happy after all of that. To top it off the refund was short because they still charged me for delivery! Yet another call I had to make to get my money back. Unbelievable. No furniture in the world is worth being treated the way we were. Bye bye. No thank you. Never again!
