CVS pharmacy has an all-around climate of poor customer service. These are the rudest people with no empathy whatsoever. For some reason this particular store is the worst. Don’t even think of having a Class 2 medicine filled here, unless you don’t mind being treated like a drug addict. An older lady at work had neck surgery and was a passenger in the drive-thru as she and her son stopped there after being discharged from the hospital to get her pain medicine filled. A typical pain drug, Percoset, and she is sitting there so you can see her age and the neck wrap etc. And I’m sure that the prescription was direct from the hospital. Not only did they say they couldn’t fill it, their policy is that they do not call another store to see where you can get it! I could not believe they did that to her-and she had to go to 2 other CVS before finding one that could fill it. She had to use CVS because of her insurance, so if you have a choice-stay away! I understand there is a drug problem out there, but seriously, the pharmacist isn’t intelligent enough to make discretionary decisions about someone legit and a drug addict?! Ridiculous!

When it comes to buy groceries or over the counter medicine, the service is ok BUT for window pick up(prescriptions) they are really SLOOOOOW and not very nice!

I used to live 2 blocks from this particular CVS pharmacy store. It is similar to most of the other CVS stores with a couple of exceptions. The cashiers that work here are pretty efficient, and fairly friendly. However one of them bore an Uncanny resemblance to Saturday Night Lives androgynous character«Its Pat». The best thing about this location is the Redbox. The Redbox kiosk is located outside of the building so you can access it after hours. You really can’t beat a dollar a night for a DVD. In short decent service and a Redbox kiosk.
