Facility is clean and very nice but be careful if you ever have any trash you have to take it with you as customers are not allowed to use the dumpsters out here they are there only for office use. If you put garbage out by the dumpster and they can find out it was you then you get charged a fine and if you leave anything at all behind then you have to pay a 250.00 fee. when I first got my storage here they let customers throw stuff away like you would expect but guess they changed and for that i can’t in my right mind suggest this place to anyone at all… beware
Was told by staff anything larger than a coke can would get the 250.00 fine.

Nice place, friendly staff, clean and safe. The monthly rent is competitive with nearby facilities. My only concern are the penalties that are applied so quickly if payment is late — and the relative swiftness that it will auction off belongings. I’ve used other storage facilities in Metairie and in Gulfport, MS and they are not so onerous. I am definitely putting payment on auto pilot for that reason.
