Ferguson Bath, Kitchen, & Lighting Gallery

This review is for the Parts Department, not the main Ferguson Bath, Kitchen, and Lighting Gallery Showroom. That’s worth another review unto itself.
I broke the handle for what was at least a 20 year old Kohler faucet. Home Depot said good luck with finding the parts for something that old. Back home to regroup. I never knew (or ever gave it much thought) how many different faucets that Kohler had made over the years. After a couple of hours of research over the Internet, I had the potential model narrowed down to a small handful of candidates. And found a local Kohler Genuine Parts Dealer.
Ferguson is the local warehouse showroom for a national company. Be prepared for a interesting final few minutes of your drive to the warehouse though. You head south from Airline on a dead end street heading to Earhart Expressway. In a parking lot on your left, you see a sign for Ferguson. You turn, drive past a plumbing supply store, turn right behind the store into what almost appears to be a wide alley, head to the chain link fence separating you from Earhart, and then take left at the last moment. A couple of minutes later you are in front of the store, which is facing Earhart Expressway.
Parts department was very helpful. We went through his catalog and with his experience we determined what exact model I had and then found the part in the online catalog. They ordered the part for me and it was mailed to my house in less than a week.
