I wish Unilocal had a ZERO. I waited in the office for over 2 hours while 5 – 6 patients were called ahead of me. This was supposed to be a consult on if I wanted this doctor to treat me. I never saw the doctor, had to walk out. ** Update ** After the initial experience above the office staff called me back to reschedule. I was reluctant, but went back. After some initial treatment with drugs, the doctor decided surgical intervention was best for me. I had surgery to remove polyps from my sinuses. It really has changed my situation. I can breathe through my nose, I sleep so much better and my sense of smell has returned. After a brief recovery, I was back at work. In, addition, Dr Spring is just a genuinely nice person. He really has concern about his patients well being and how we are doing.

I’ve never met a doctor I was more comfortable with than Dr. Spring. Okay, the nose scope thing is the most uncomfortable feeling in the entire world, but still, his chair-side manner is excellent. I tend to make semi-sarcastic comments when I’m nervous. I get nervous at doctors, especially when something is wrong and nobody else can seem to fix it. Dr. Spring gives it right back, and it’s awesome. It’s like talking to a friend, not someone who is about to shove a giant scope through your nose. I was referred to him by an urgent care facility that frankly couldn’t be bothered to even try to fix what was wrong with me. Luckily, what I got out of that trip was a referral to someone who could, and would, actually fix the problem. If my daughter ever has any sort of ear, nose, or throat issues, I know exactly where I’m bringing her. I will absolutely recommend his practice to everyone I know.
