DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! They are scam artists. I am out $ 1800.00 for an oven repair and my oven is still broken. They came 3 times to fix it and could not. They wanted all the money up front and then disappeared. Read the BBB reviews. They hung up on my husband when he tried calling. They are unprofessional. They will take your money with no results
